Mountains and Deserts

Our World's Mountains and Deserts - two extremes shaped by the relentless forces of nature. Both, rugged yet beautiful these ecosystems are inherently different but share the one distinct feature that becomes increasingly rare and precious on this planet: they remain the last refuges for true wilderness and solitude.
As Edward Abbey has put it: "The towering mountains, the silent desert - what do they have in common? Grandeur, color, spaciousness, the power of the ancient and elemental, that which lies beyond the ability of man to wholly grasp or utilize."
That's what I am all about - a solo traveler and outdoor enthusiast I thrive exploring and appreciating these last frontiers of human civilization, capturing its essence and sharing the beauty of those natural wonders that surround us. There is a life where you have to take part in and play by the rules of the game set by our society - the far more important and dramatic life, however, revolves around unleashing the inner wild!
